Insanity Day 2 : Plio Cardio Circuit, P90X Upper Body Plus, Ab Ripper X

Okay, I though I was in pretty good cardio shape, and im not exactly disgusted with my performance, I kept up most of the time, or at least did all the drills, but WOW that was very challenging. I was at 145 bpm after the damn WARMUP!

The time below zone happened after the first rotation when we stretched. I set the timer for 30 minutes but i should have set it for 40. Next time.

Additionally, I'm going to add in some P90X upper body workouts.. I like Insanity, but I need my weight workouts! Tonight it's Upper Body Plus + Ab Ripper X.
