Wednsday 06-02-2010: Max Interval Plio, P90X Ab Ripper, and Jiu Jitsu

Oh. My God. The max stuff is a LOT harder. Jumping back into month 2 might have been a questionable idea. I'm sticking with it though!!! Man my legs hurt.
